Welcome to Snow Rider 3D ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our game Snow Rider 3D, including any content, functionality, services, or other offerings related to the game (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, you must not use our Service.
Eligibility and Age Restrictions
Snow Rider 3D is intended for individuals aged 13 years and older. If you are under 13 years of age, you are not permitted to play this game. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must review these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and obtain their consent before using the Service. For certain features, such as account registration or in-game purchases, users must be at least 18 years old or have explicit consent from a parent or guardian.
We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from individuals under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will promptly delete such information. We reserve the right to restrict or modify access based on regional requirements or local age regulations.
Account Registration and Security
To access certain features or levels in Snow Rider 3D, you may need to register an account. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, such as your username, password, and, if applicable, payment details for in-game purchases. You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized use of your account or a security breach, you must notify us immediately. We may suspend, disable, or delete your account at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms or applicable laws. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account.
User Conduct and Obligations
By playing Snow Rider 3D, you agree to use the Service lawfully and in line with these Terms. You must not:
- Engage in illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities within the game
- Violate the intellectual property rights of Snow Rider 3D or third parties
- Attempt unauthorized access to the game, other user accounts, or our systems
- Use bots, cheats, hacks, or automated tools to manipulate gameplay
- Share content that is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players
You are also prohibited from actions that disrupt the gaming experience, such as exploiting bugs or spamming in-game chat. We may investigate and prosecute violations to the fullest extent of the law, including cooperation with law enforcement.
License and Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to play Snow Rider 3D for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not permit you to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce game content
- Use Snow Rider 3D for commercial purposes without our written permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the game’s source code
Any unauthorized use is prohibited and may lead to suspension or termination of your access.
Intellectual Property
All content in Snow Rider 3D—including game assets, graphics, audio, characters, and software (collectively, "Content")—is owned or licensed by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are not granted any rights to this Content beyond what’s stated in these Terms, and you may not use or distribute it without our permission.
Third-party assets in Snow Rider 3D (e.g., music or graphics) belong to their respective owners and may have additional terms you must follow.
User-Generated Content
If Snow Rider 3D allows you to create or share content (e.g., usernames, avatars, or gameplay clips, referred to as "User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display this content for the game and our business purposes.
You must own or have rights to your User Content, and it must not violate laws or third-party rights. We can remove User Content at our discretion, and you’re responsible for any issues arising from it.
In-Game Purchases and Payments
Some features in Snow Rider 3D may require in-game purchases (e.g., premium items or levels). By making a purchase, you agree to pay all fees and taxes. Purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
You must be 18 or have parental consent to make purchases. We may suspend access if payment fails. Promotional offers or discounts are at our discretion and may have additional terms.
Disclaimers
Snow Rider 3D is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We do not guarantee it will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses. You use it at your own risk, and we’re not responsible for damage to your device or data loss.
We also don’t guarantee the performance of third-party services linked to the game.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Snow Rider 3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the game. Our total liability is limited to the greater of $50 or what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Some regions may not allow these limits, in which case our liability will be as low as legally permitted.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Snow Rider_whitespace3D, its affiliates, and staff harmless from claims or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the game, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights. This obligation continues after you stop using the game.
Termination
We can terminate or suspend your access to Snow Rider 3D at any time, without notice, for reasons like violating these Terms. You can also terminate your account by contacting us.
After termination, your access ends, but certain terms (e.g., indemnification) remain in effect. We’re not liable for lost data or access.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms, effective when we change the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of Snow Rider 3D means you accept the changes. If you don’t agree, stop playing. We may notify you of big changes, but you should check these Terms regularly.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, USA. Disputes will be settled through binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Delaware, in English. No jury trials or class actions are allowed, but either party can seek court-ordered injunctions.
International Use and Compliance
If you play Snow Rider 3D outside the U.S., you’re responsible for following local laws. We don’t guarantee the game is legal or appropriate everywhere, and accessing it where it’s prohibited is not allowed.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional notices form the full agreement between you and Snow Rider 3D. If any part is invalid, the rest still applies.
