OvO

Introduction

OvO is a skill-based fast-paced 2D platformer developed by Dedra Games. Players are challenged to use advanced parkour and free-running techniques to complete the forty levels of increasing difficulty while overcoming tricky obstacles and traps. As you complete levels, you will learn that speed isn't enough; you will need to complete them with precisionand timing.

Gameplay

It involves mastering jumps, slides, dives, and wall jumps to get to the final flag (the end) as quickly as you can. The initial levels are simple to get players started but the difficulty gradually increases.

Players will earn coins for completing levels and they can use them to unlock skins for their character. This allows a sense of customization if desired, but does not affect gameplay mechanics in any way. 

Controls

The controls are streamlined for quick parkour-style movements in OvO:

• Arrow Keys. Move left/right, jump (↑), slide (↓), and smash down mid-air

• Wall Jumping. You can jump while in contact with the wall in order to gain height

• Smash Attack. While you're in the air, you can press ↓ to break through transparent platforms

• Jump Boost. After your smash, you can press ↑ to jump higher

The mechanics are designed so players can quickly chain together various movements. For example, players can chain sliding into jumps, or wall jumps into smashes, to move fluidly around the world.
